Techniseal Polymeric and Jointing Sand

Techniseal builds a different sand for each kind of joint, and picking the right one is most of the job. EZ Sand is the straightforward choice for standard paver joints. SmartSand and HP NextGel step up for tighter tolerances and heavier traffic. NOCO is the no-compaction polymeric sand for joints up to 4 in, and NOCO Storm is the version built for wet weather installs where rain is coming before the sand has set. NextGel Porcelain Tile Joint Sand is the one for porcelain pavers, where ordinary polymeric sand causes trouble.

Color is the decision people regret most, because a sand that looks right in a photograph can look wrong against your paver in daylight. Here is the full Techniseal color range we carry, and every one of these sands has a 2 oz sample kit so you can lay the color next to your paver before you commit.

Techniseal Paver Sealers and Joint Stabilizers

JSW gives a wet look and stabilizes the joint at the same time. iN Paver Sealer is the natural look option for people who want protection without shine. NS and JS land in the middle with a satin finish, CB+ Color Boost brings back paver color that has faded, and WR7 waterproofs brick and masonry. Most are available in an 8 oz sample bottle, which is the sensible way to check a finish on your own stone before sealing a whole patio.

Techniseal Cleaners and Surface Prep

Sealing over a dirty paver locks the dirt in, so prep matters. HD Paver Prep handles efflorescence and pre-seal preparation, and Paver Restorer brings back surfaces that have been neglected. For spot work there is a dedicated remover for each problem: dirt and grease, oil and grease, rust without muriatic acid, organic staining from leaves and mulch, and slurry and cement haze.

StickyStone is the vertical hardscape adhesive for caps, steps and wall units, and we have a StickyStone calculator to work out how many tubes your bead length needs.
