View full detailsJobsite consumables for hardscape work. Poly sheeting is the one most people wish they had bought before they needed it: covering freshly installed polymeric sand when rain arrives before the joints have cured, protecting siding and planting beds from sealer overspray, and keeping material dry overnight.
This category is small on purpose. We stock the consumables that hardscape crews actually run out of mid job rather than a general hardware range.
Polymeric sand needs a dry window after watering, usually at least 24 hours. If an unforecast shower arrives before the binder sets, it washes out of the joints and the job has to be redone. Tenting the area with sheeting propped so it does not touch the wet joints will usually save it.
Sealer overspray on siding, windows, planting beds or a neighbouring driveway is difficult to remove once it cures, and solvent based products are worse than water based. Masking with sheeting before you start takes minutes and saves a callback.
