Everything for cleaning and sealing pavers and natural stone, in one place. These two jobs belong together because sealing over a dirty surface locks the problem in permanently. The order is always the same: clean, let it dry fully, then seal.

Both halves are sampled. Order an 8 oz cleaner sample to prove it lifts your stain, and a sealer sample to see the finish on your own stone, before committing to gallons.

The Order of Operations

Step What Happens Why It Matters
1. Assess Identify the stains and the surface Rust, oil and organic stains all need different chemistry
2. Clean Treat stains, then wash the whole surface Sealer will not bond through dirt or efflorescence
3. Dry Let the surface dry completely Trapped moisture causes cloudy, blotchy sealer
4. Test Sample the sealer on a few pavers Finish looks different on every stone
5. Seal Apply per the label, watch the weather Most need 24 hours dry after application

The Two Most Expensive Mistakes

  • Sealing over efflorescence. The white bloom gets locked under the film and the only fix is stripping the whole surface and starting again
  • Sealing a damp surface. Moisture trapped under the film turns the sealer cloudy or milky, and again the fix is stripping
  • Both are avoidable by cleaning properly and waiting for a genuinely dry surface and a dry forecast
