Refund policy

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened and in their original packaging, in the same condition they arrived in.

To start a return, email info@polymericsandstore.com with your order number and a short reason. We will send you a return label and instructions. Please do not ship anything back before you hear from us.

What cannot be returned

  • Opened bags, pails, jugs or tubes, including partially used product
  • Color samples and sample kits, which are consumable by design
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Special order and custom-blended product, where we will tell you before you buy

Return shipping

You cover return shipping unless the return is our fault. We will send you a prepaid label and deduct its cost from your refund. What the label costs depends on the weight, size and distance of the shipment, and a return that needs more than one box needs more than one label.

The original shipping you paid is not refunded. That service was delivered, your order reached you, and the carrier has been paid for it.

If we sent the wrong item, or it arrived damaged, that is on us. We cover the return shipping and replace or refund it in full.

Why the label costs more than you paid at checkout: we offer flat-rate and discounted shipping to keep the purchase price down. A return label is billed at the real carrier rate for the weight, size and distance, which is often higher than the subsidised rate you paid coming out.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we have checked its condition, we process the refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. How quickly it appears after that is up to your bank or card issuer.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery. Send your order number and photographs to info@polymericsandstore.com and we will replace the item or refund you, whichever you prefer. For freight deliveries, note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

Cancellations

Because we ship quickly, contact us straight away if you need to cancel. If the order has already left our warehouse it becomes a return under the terms above.
