Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if:

• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it arrived.
• A return request is submitted to us within the 30-day window.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@polymericsandstore.com. Include your order number and a brief reason for the return, and our support team will guide you through  the process.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., a damaged or incorrect item).
• We'll provide a prepaid return label, and the cost of that label (typically $15–$35) will be deducted from your refund.

Why does return shipping cost more? We offer flat-rate or discounted shipping at checkout to keep costs low for our customers. Return labels, however, reflect the actual carrier rate based on your order's weight, dimensions, and shipping distance — which may be higher than the original fee paid.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• The return label cost will be deducted from your total refund.
• Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement.
