This is a spot treatment rather than a whole surface product, so coverage is per stain. A quart treats a meaningful number of typical driveway drips. Deep or old stains may need a second application, which is normal for absorption based removers.

Where Pro Grade Oil and Grease Remover Should NOT Be Used (Straight From the Manufacturer)
This is a stain remover, not a general cleaner. For overall dirt and efflorescence use HD Paver Prep or Paver Restorer.
It targets oil and grease. For rust use the Techniseal Rust Stain Remover, and for paint, tar, or rubber use the dedicated Paint, Tar and Rubber Remover.
Do not scrub aggressively before applying. Let the product do the lifting rather than driving the stain deeper first.
Very old and deeply penetrated stains may need more than one application.

How to Install Pro Grade Oil and Grease Remover
Follow the official Techniseal instructions, linked below. This is the shape of the job:
- Remove any loose surface debris from the stained area.
- Test in a small discrete area first, particularly on natural stone or colored material.
- Apply the product to the stain as directed in the technical data sheet.
- Leave it undisturbed while it penetrates and then dries from a liquid into a powder. Do not rinse it off partway through, which defeats the mechanism.
- Once fully dry, sweep or vacuum up the powder along with the absorbed stain.
- Repeat on deep or old stains if needed.
The most common mistake is impatience. Rinsing it off before it has dried to a powder removes the product but leaves the oil, because the absorption never completed.
