It does not stabilize joints. NS, JS, and JSW are the joint stabilizing products in this line.
Do not apply over a dirty or damp surface. Penetrating sealers lock in whatever is present.

How to Install CB+ Color Boost Sealer
Follow the official Techniseal instructions, linked below. This is the shape of the job:
- Clean the surface thoroughly and let it dry completely.
- Test a small discrete area first. Color boost varies by paver and by stone, so the customer should approve the result before you proceed.
- Apply evenly per the technical data sheet, letting it penetrate rather than building a coat.
- Remove any excess that has not absorbed within the window Techniseal specifies.
- Respect the cure time before returning the surface to service.
Leaving unabsorbed excess to dry on the surface is the most common way a penetrating sealer ends up looking patchy. Work it in, then take the surplus off.
