On a cap course or a seat wall the constraint is usually not strength, it is how long each piece has to be held or braced before the crew can move on. SB-15 shortens that window hard, which is why it costs more per tube than SB-10 and is still often the cheaper choice on labour.

SB-15 Or SB-10?
SB-15 is the fast one: 5 minute skin, 24 hour cure, and it bonds a wider list of materials including metal and glass. SB-10 PaverBond sets in 10 to 15 minutes, cures over 2 to 7 days, works down to 0 F rather than 10 F, and has the longer field record. Pick SB-15 for speed, SB-10 for the coldest work and the longer open window.
