Alliance Gator Hybrid Seal Zero Gloss is a water based acrylic sealer that penetrates deep into concrete paver surfaces to protect them from the inside out. It dries to a zero gloss finish with no color enhancement, so your pavers keep their natural look while getting a durable protective layer underneath.

Alliance Gator Hybrid Seal Zero Gloss protects concrete pavers against oil and dirt penetration, de icing salt corrosion, and UV ray damage that fades paver color over time. It also acts as a joint stabilizer, helping to firm up polymeric sand joints and reduce joint erosion between sealing cycles. One coat is all that is needed. When used as a joint sand stabilizer with ASTM C144 sand rather than polymeric sand, coverage is approximately 100 sq ft per gallon. Alliance Gator Hybrid Seal Zero Gloss is rain safe 24 hours after application and the sealed surface can be used after 24 hours.

Available in 1 gallon and 5 gallon sizes. Coverage is approximately 200 sq ft per gallon as a stand alone sealer, meaning the 5 gallon size covers approximately 1,000 sq ft as a stand alone sealer. suitable for most residential driveways and large patio areas. Two people are recommended for application. Apply with a sprayer in 60 sq ft sections and back roll with a water based foam roller (yellow) to remove excess sealer from the surface.
