This is a color enhancer. If the customer wants no change to the appearance, use NS or iN instead.
It does not stabilize joints. NS, JS, and JSW are the joint stabilizing products in this line.
Do not apply over a dirty or damp surface. Penetrating sealers lock in whatever is present.

Leaving unabsorbed excess to dry on the surface is the most common way a penetrating sealer ends up looking patchy. Work it in, then take the surplus off.
