Use: Seal, protect & stabilize joint sand in one application

Concrete/clay pavers, stamped/flat concrete, masonry, natural/manufactured stone, SRW blocks
(Not for granite, marble, asphalt, or ceramic/glazed tile)

Coverage (Per Gallon):

• With joint stabilization: 80–120 sq. ft.

• Without joint stabilization: 150–300 sq. ft.

Application:

• Use indoors or outdoors, horizontal/vertical surfaces

• Apply after install – dries clear with semi-gloss finish

• Cures freeze resistant to -60°F / stable up to 180°F
