About this item
- It rapidly dissolves uncured adhesive residue. Clean the gun between applications and it keeps working properly rather than gumming up and delivering an inconsistent bead.
- It fits the Gun II dispenser directly. Cleaning becomes a two minute job at the end of the day rather than a disassembly.
- It removes foam adhesive spillage from any solvent resistant material, which is genuinely useful when foam lands somewhere it should not.
- It tackles dry foam accumulation, not only fresh residue, so a gun that has been neglected is often recoverable.
- It protects the delivery accuracy that made you buy a canister system in the first place. A partially blocked gun wastes expensive adhesive on every trigger pull.

The Difference Between A Dispenser That Lasts A Season And One You Throw Away
Polyurethane foam adhesive cures inside a dispenser and turns it into a paperweight. This cleaner dissolves uncured Structure Bond residue rapidly, and it is built to fit the Structure Bond Gun II dispenser directly. It also removes foam adhesive spillage from any solvent resistant material, which is the other problem foam adhesive creates on a job site.

Where Structure Bond Gun Cleaner Works
Anywhere Structure Bond is being used.
- Cleaning the Gun II dispenser between applications
- End of day gun maintenance on a multi day wall build
- Recovering a dispenser with dry foam accumulation
- Removing foam adhesive spillage from tools and solvent resistant surfaces
- Retaining wall, column, and cap stone construction sites
- Any crew running Structure Bond canisters regularly
Where Structure Bond Gun Cleaner Should NOT Be Used (Straight From the Manufacturer)
It removes uncured adhesive. Fully cured polyurethane foam is far harder to shift, so clean promptly rather than hoping this fixes a long neglected gun.
Only use it on solvent resistant materials. Techniseal is specific about that. Test before using it near finished stone, plastics, or coated surfaces.
It is a maintenance product, not an adhesive remover for finished work. For cured foam on a paver face, check the technical data sheet first.
Read the technical data sheet and safety data sheet before use, including ventilation and protective equipment.

How to Use Structure Bond Gun Cleaner
Follow the official Techniseal instructions, linked below. This is the shape of the job:
- Finish your adhesive application and remove the Structure Bond canister from the gun.
- Thread the cleaner onto the Gun II dispenser in place of the canister.
- Run cleaner through the gun per the technical data sheet until the residue is dissolved and the delivery runs clear.
- Wipe down the exterior and the nozzle area.
- For spillage, confirm the material is solvent resistant, then apply and remove per the instructions.
- Store the gun clean and ready for the next canister.
Clean the gun the same day, every day. Foam adhesive cures on its own schedule and a dispenser left overnight uncleaned is usually a dispenser you replace.
