Techniseal Organic Stain Remover Sample, 8 oz
What You Get
One 8 ounce bottle of Techniseal Organic Stain Remover, drawn from a factory sealed container and filled here at our New Jersey warehouse.
- 8 ounce sample bottle with a sealed cap, clearly labeled
- The same biodegradable concentrate as the 25 ounce bottle
- Enough for a test patch, typically several individual marks
Organic Stains Are a Different Chemistry Problem
Moss, mildew, dead leaf tannin, wine, blood and non greasy food all have to be broken down rather than lifted out or dissolved. That is why a degreaser does nothing to a leaf shadow and an acid cleaner often sets it permanently.
How well an organic stain clears depends almost entirely on age. A leaf that fell last autumn behaves very differently to one that has been ghosting a paver for three seasons. One test mark tells you what the rest of the patio will do.
How to Use the Sample
- Pick a typical organic mark rather than the worst one
- Dilute per the Techniseal label
- Apply and let it dwell without drying out
- Agitate, then rinse thoroughly with water
- Dry fully before judging, older shadows commonly need a second pass
What It Breaks Down
Techniseal lists it as biodegradable and effective on both bare and sealed surfaces.
- Moss, mildew and algae
- Dead leaf tannin and shadows
- Wine and beverage spills
- Blood and non greasy food stains
