Where the Rust Came From Changes the Result

Rust on pavers has a short list of culprits: water dripping off rusted metal, steel furniture legs, rebar and fasteners, and fertilizer granules thrown by a lawn spreader. Fertilizer marks usually clear easily. Deep iron staining from years of sprinkler water is a harder problem.

Testing one representative mark tells you which situation you are in before you commit. It also lets you confirm the paver colour is unaffected, which matters because this formula works chemically rather than by abrasion.

How to Use the Sample

• Pick a typical rust mark rather than the very worst one

• Let it dwell without drying on the surface
• Agitate and rinse thoroughly with water
• Dry completely before judging, and repeat on stains that faded but did not clear
