Techniseal Paver Prep Efflorescence Cleaner Sample, 8 oz
What You Get
One 8 ounce bottle of Techniseal Paver Prep Efflorescence Cleaner, drawn from a factory sealed container and filled here at our New Jersey warehouse.
- 8 ounce sample bottle with a sealed cap, clearly labeled
- The same formula as the gallon, with no hydrochloric acid
- Enough for a test patch, typically roughly 8 to 12 square feet
The Acid Question, Settled on Your Own Pavers
Muriatic based cleaners contain hydrochloric acid, which is the ingredient that etches concrete and lightens paver color. Techniseal formulates Paver Prep without it, so it dissolves efflorescence and lifts ground in dirt while leaving the surface finish alone.
Colour is the thing to check, and it is the thing a sample settles. Clean one hidden paver, let it dry completely, and compare it to its neighbours. If the finish and tone match, you can treat the whole patio with confidence.
How to Use the Sample
- Choose a hidden paver or an out of the way corner
- Dilute per the Techniseal label
- Pre wet the surface and apply, keeping it from drying out
- Agitate with a stiff brush, then rinse thoroughly
- Wait for a completely dry surface before comparing the colour
What Paver Prep Handles
Techniseal positions this as both an efflorescence cleaner and the standard pre-seal wash for pavers, slabs and retaining walls.
- White efflorescence bloom
- Ground in dirt and traffic marks
- Pre-seal preparation
- Retaining walls and slabs as well as pavers
