How to Remove Efflorescence From Pavers

1. Wet the paver surface thoroughly.
2. Apply the diluted product with a pump sprayer or watering can, about one diluted gallon per 40 sq ft.
3. Wait one minute for it to react, then scrub vigorously with a hard bristle brush.
4. Rinse thoroughly and move to the next 40 sq ft section.
5. Final rinse generously until there is no more foaming.

Why Do My Pavers Have White Haze?

Efflorescence is not dirt and it is not a defect. Water moves through the concrete, dissolves free lime and salts, carries them to the surface and evaporates, leaving the mineral behind as a white bloom.
