About paver sealer samples
8 oz test bottles of nearly every paver and stone sealer we carry, decanted from factory sealed containers and labeled in house. Enough to seal a few pavers so you can see the actual finish before you buy a gallon or a five gallon pail.

Sealer permanently changes how your hardscape looks. A wet look finish on one paver reads as rich and deep, on another it reads as plastic. There is no reliable way to know which you will get from a product photo.
What a Sample Tells You
- The real sheen level. Wet look, satin and matte look very different on textured versus smooth pavers
- How much color it pulls out. Enhancement varies enormously by stone
- Whether you like it at all. Plenty of people sample a wet look and choose matte instead
- How it goes on. Solvent and water based products behave differently under a roller
How to Test
- Pick two or three pavers somewhere out of the way
- Clean and dry the area first, exactly as you would for the real job
- Apply per the label, do not over apply, that is the most common error
- Let it cure fully, most look different after 24 hours than they do wet
- View it in sun and in shade before deciding
