Techniseal Slurry and Cement Stain Remover Sample, 8 oz
What You Get
One 8 ounce bottle of Techniseal Slurry and Cement Stain Remover, drawn from a factory sealed container and filled here at our New Jersey warehouse.
- 8 ounce sample bottle with a sealed cap, clearly labeled
- The same concentrate as the full size container
- Enough for a test patch, typically a few square feet
Two Problems a General Cleaner Will Not Shift
Wet cutting throws a cement slurry that dries hard into the paver surface. Polymeric sand that was not swept off properly before activation leaves a haze that sets with the joints. Both are cementitious residue rather than dirt, which is why a general patio cleaner does very little to either.
Techniseal calls this the most effective product available for those two problems. A sample lets you confirm that on your own haze before buying the full container, particularly useful if you are cleaning up after an install that did not go to plan.
How to Use the Sample
- Pick an area with visible haze or dried slurry
- Dilute per the Techniseal label
- Pre wet the surface, apply, and keep it from drying
- Agitate with a stiff brush, then rinse thoroughly
- Let it dry completely, haze is hard to assess on a damp surface
What It Removes
This is a targeted product rather than a general cleaner, aimed squarely at cementitious residue.
- Cement slurry from wet cutting
- Polymeric sand haze after an install
- Mortar and grout smears
- Grey film left by paver and slab cuts
