Not Water Soluble, So Ordinary Cleaners Just Smear Them

Paint overspray, roofing tar, tire rubber and chewing gum share one trait: none of them are water soluble. An ordinary patio cleaner moves them around rather than removing them, which is how a small tar spot becomes a large smear.

These four also behave quite differently from each other. Testing on your specific mark tells you whether it will lift in one application, and lets you check for any effect on the paver finish before you treat a visible area.

How to Use the Sample

• Pick your mark, ideally somewhere out of direct view
• Apply per the Techniseal label
• Let it dwell so it can dissolve rather than smear
• Lift the residue away rather than scrubbing it outward
• Rinse with water and let it dry fully before judging
