Patience Is the Point

M3C is not a pressure washer in a bottle. You apply it and walk away, and it breaks mold, moss, mildew, lichen and algae down at the root over days rather than minutes. There is no scrubbing and no rinsing.

That is exactly why a sample is useful here. It lets you see the timeline on your own surface, in your own conditions, so you know what to expect before you treat a whole north facing walkway. If you are expecting an instant result, the sample will reset that expectation cheaply.

How to Use the Sample

• Pick a small area with visible moss or algae growth
• Apply per the SRW label and leave it alone
• Do not scrub and do not rinse, the product needs to stay in contact
• Check back over the following days as the growth breaks down
• Rain is fine, it does not wash the treatment away immediately
