Non-woven for drainage and filtration: French drains, behind walls, around stone. Woven for strength under base and traffic. If water flow is the job, you are in the right place.

Which weight do I need?
The number is ounces per square yard. 4 to 4.5 oz covers residential drains and separation, 6 to 8 oz for rock placement, 10 oz and up for commercial abuse.

Will it clog?
Needle-punched non-wovens are made to pass water while holding soil. Sized correctly they run for decades, which is why drainfields specify them.

Is there anything I should know about handling it?
Wear gloves and eye protection, follow the label, and keep it away from children and pets until placed or cured. Full precautions are in the SDS below.
