Liquid Nails CR-805 Concrete and Mortar Repair Sealant 10.3 oz, Gray
Watch the Joint Width
This is the tightest joint limit of the three concrete joint products we sell. PPG lists joints larger than half an inch under not recommended for. A driveway expansion joint is very often wider than that, which makes this the product most likely to be bought for a job it cannot do. If your joint is wider, Sashco Slab goes to two inches and Sikaflex Self Leveling goes to one and a half.

What PPG Says Not to Do
- Not for use around fireplaces.
- Not for joints larger than 1/2 inch.
- Do not apply if rain is expected within 24 hours, or in wet weather, or below 40 F.
- Do not let it freeze.
- It contains crystalline silica. Wear a dust mask if you sand it.
Getting a Clean Repair
- Fill deep joints with a solid filler to within half an inch of the surface first, rather than trying to fill the whole depth with sealant.
- Smooth the bead level with the surface.
- Give it 24 hours to set before painting, and five days before you consider it fully dry.
- It may be topcoated with a concrete sealer once dry.
