Product Overview
Oil Extractor is a powerful, alkaline-solvent-based cleaner designed to dissolve, encapsulate, and remove tough petroleum and food-based oil stains. The advanced biodegradable formula breaks down grease at the source, while Clean Rinse Technology allows for quick and easy rinsing with a pressure washer or hose.
Ideal for use on concrete, clay pavers, retaining walls, and natural or manufactured stone—for both horizontal and vertical applications. Not for use on asphalt.
Environmentally Friendly
Oil Extractor replaces harsh acid cleaners with a biodegradable, phosphate-free formula that is safe for the environment when used as directed.
Coverage
One quart covers approximately 25–60 square feet depending on surface porosity, texture, and stain severity.
Coverage is based on a single treatment. Some applications may require additional treatments for heavy or deep-set stains.
Application Instructions
-
Sweep and clean the area to remove all loose debris.
-
Pour Oil Extractor undiluted directly onto the stain.
-
Brush to completely cover the affected area and allow to dwell for 20–30 minutes.
-
Scrub the stain to agitate and further break down the residue.
-
Allow an additional 20–30 minutes of dwell time, reapplying lightly if the surface begins to dry.
-
Rinse thoroughly with a pressure washer or garden hose.
-
Repeat the process as needed for older or stubborn stains.
Temperature Guidelines
Apply when air and surface temperatures are above 40°F and below 90°F.
Do not apply during freezing conditions or allow the product to dry on a hot surface.
Compatibility
Oil Extractor is compatible with all Surebond Sealers when used correctly. Misuse may cause sealer damage. Always test a small, inconspicuous area first to confirm suitability and desired results.
