Coverage

One gallon covers approximately 150 sq. ft. Actual coverage may vary depending on joint width and paver porosity. Always refer to the product's technical data sheet for full application details.

Application Conditions

• Surface must be clean, dry, and warm to the touch
• Air and surface temperature must be between 50°F and 80°F (10°C–26°C)
• No rain forecasted for 24 hours after application
• Turn off sprinkler systems before and during drying
• Always test on a small hidden area (~4 sq. ft.) before full application
• Keep from freezing during storage

Quick Install Overview

Clean and dry the paver surface → perform absorption test → apply Techniseal JSW with a sprayer or roller in a consistent, even pass → allow to dry fully before foot traffic. Reapply every 2–3 years (or once the protector shows visible wear) to maintain color enhancement and joint stability.
